As part of your EDC equipment, it should only store the bare essentials for the primary care of life-threatening injuries with high blood loss – ideal for everyday use, low-profile missions or if you want to carry the essentials on your belt or vest in the smallest possible space!

The generation 2 of the Small IFAK impresses with its new design, new attachment options and more organization options:
IFAK SLEEVE:
- Optimum adjustment of the sleeve to the contents thanks to robust elastic band in the depth
- Secure attachment either via PALS loops on the back to any standardized MOLLE system or via a 5 cm wide slot on the back of the belt
