Join Airsoftzone at IWA OutdoorClassics 2026 for a full VFC Airsoft booth walk-through — covering the newest licensed rifles, GBBR platform updates, Maxim Defense releases, fresh pistol launches, and major AK GBBR news for 2026 and beyond.
We kick things off with VFC’s KAC-licensed lineup, including the previously shown KC-1 (L403A1) and the new KS-3, featuring the URX6 handguard and a seriously upgraded feel thanks to VFC’s latest EVO AR GBBR system. Highlights include a steel bolt, steel fire control components, and a steel TDC HopUp design aimed at more stable, repeatable hop adjustment — with VFC emphasizing stronger recoil and a more “real” shooting experience.
Next up is the BCM Mk2 MCMR in Urban Grey, pairing the Mk2 upper with the MCMR handguard and updated internals using the EVO/TDC approach. VFC also re-introduces the VR16 brand as a GBBR line, starting with the VR16 URG-I SBR GBB positioned as a more accessible “starter” route into gas blowback rifles (with an announced target window around April 2026). We also get a look at the T91 FSP GBBR, inspired by the Taiwanese service rifle concept and shown as a prototype platform VFC is actively testing and refining.
From there we move to Maxim Defense licensed products: two AEGs (PDX-SD and MDX 510) using the GATE ASTER ETU, with different battery placements (including the PDX battery-in-suppressor setup) and a high-torque motor approach for the MD series. On the GBBR side, VFC highlights their newer hop-up / maintenance concept on platforms like the PDX SBR — designed so you can service the hop unit far more easily (no full front-end teardown), and then the MD9 GBB SMG, which is Glock-mag compatible (VFC/Umarex) and keeps things compact while still using a TDC-style hop adjustment. VFC notes Maxim Defense items have already launched in Asia (Feb 2026) with Europe expected to follow.
We wrap with sidearms and AKs: the SA3-APS package-style full-auto pistol kit, the modern MP-443 Grach (with a detachable CNC aluminum light rail), updates/colors for the SA320 series, and the upgraded SA226 Tactical with a fixed threaded barrel, taller fiber-style sights, and an optic-ready setup supporting common footprints (e.g., RMR / DeltaPoint-style options). Finally, VFC’s AK GBBR lineup gets a strong push: the AK-74U plus a tactical conversion kit (M-LOK handguard + picatinny dust cover), a 60-round gas mag, the upcoming full-steel/real-wood AKM GBBR (targeting around April 2027), and the AK-105 GBBR, alongside upgrade options for the AK-74M.
