Hogue Knives Announces the Deka Gen2 Knife

Henderson, NV – Hogue Knives is pleased to announce the Deka has been re-engineered and less is more! Since its initial release, knife enthusiasts have raved about the Deka’s smooth action, factory edge, and precision standards straight out of the box.

To evolve the knife further, engineers at Hogue Knives took honest customer feedback to heart and worked diligently to meet requests regarding less hardware and upgrading the pocket clip. Now, the wait is finally over.

Introducing the newest version of the popular Hogue Knives Deka: This extremely lightweight American made folder implements Hogue’s renowned ABLE Lock® mechanism, built with an ambidextrous lock bar and Wolf wireform springs.

The blade is comprised of CPM 20VC stainless steel in clip point or modified wharncliffe blade profiles. The G10 exterior is manufactured from a variety of Hogue’s G-Mascus® or solid black G10 material, but now features a major reduction in hardware, 8 screws to be exact, and a smaller internal frame. This second generation Deka also utilizes a re-engineered, deep carry, ambidextrous pocket clip.
