SOF COMS for German Armed Forces!
At the end of February, the U.S. government announced that the State Department had approved a potential sale of software-defined L3Harris Falcon III broadband radios. The procurement would proceed as a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Germany according to the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).

Now it’s confirmed! The Bundeswehr can procure over 6,000 new radios of the type AN/PRC-117G and AN/PRC-160 for approximately 351.4 million euros, according to the new budget release.
