The Royal Marines are back in the Arctic Circle
The UK and Norway are beginning a new chapter of working side-by-side to defend the northern part of the Alliance. Under a new agreement, the UK’s Commando Force, led by the Royal Marines, will operate year-round across Northern Norway’s coastlines and mountains, moving beyond their usual winter missions.
