The African Dictator Special
Safari Collection Pt. VI – “The African Dictator Special” is inspired almost entirely by Mobutu Sese Seko (pictured above). Sese Seko was a Congolese politician and military officer who ruled Zaire as its first and only president for 26 years from 1971 to 1997.
He was well known for wearing his iconic leopard print hat throughout his career as dictator.
