The new standard in airsoft grenades
Airsoft grenades, in general, are hit or misses with some of the offerings currently on the market. Some are spring-powered, which makes them highly reusable, but the performance is more often than not underwhelming, while others are gas-powered, but due to the constant throwing of the grenade and the lackluster materials they used for construction, they start to break and leak gas, and in some instances, detonate pre-maturely, requiring a lot of upkeep and maintenance to keep relatively functional.
However, when they do work as intended, Airsoft grenades are extremely effective tools for use when clearing rooms or pushing back enemies on the field. With the release of Krytac’s KT320 GL Modular Grenade Launcher and the KT40 40mm Grenade Shell, which is an extremely effective area denial platform that can clear rooms and pelt enemies with a barrage of BBs from a distance, players have been looking for a hand-thrown grenade that can match up to the effectiveness and functionality of Krytac’s KT series grenade shell/launcher, as a grenade is more compact and usable when trying to clear rooms with hard angles, tight spaces, and many dead corners.
