Primarily designed to reduce downrange signature by minimizing objective lens reflection in both the white light and IR spectrum. Its integrated hex-pattern lens disrupts reflective surfaces on the objective lens, helping prevent light splash-back that can reveal the user’s position—without fully blocking incoming light during normal use.
Developed in response to industry feedback from Photonis Defense and Steele Industries, the NightVision HexCap blends the reflective mitigation benefits of our HexCap system with the modularity of our NightVision Cap platform. This results in a low-profile solution focused on signature reduction first, while retaining protective and configurable features.
